Janrain Introduces Digital and Social Media Strategy Services Offering

In 2011, the pressure on digital marketers to improve social media marketing performance is higher than ever. Of course, with many organizations showing strong successes, it has become even more difficult to achieve strong results using the same tactics as last year.

That’s why I’m excited to join Janrain to launch our Digital and Social Media Strategy services offering. Janrain’s innovative social sign on products build the foundation of a successful social media strategy, and I look forward to working with internal social media teams, agencies, and other digital teams on integrating social media resources more deeply into the website experience.

After building the social media services offering at a digital marketing agency, and balancing individual project goals with a larger roadmap for deeper user engagement experiences, it’s clear that customers want to form direct relationships with brands, and Janrain’s tools make that possible.

This new service offering will bring together Janrain’s superior technology resources with a strong creative capacity, and a focus on results-oriented business goals.

I’ve been impressed with Janrain for several years already, and Janrain’s customers are among the most socially savvy I have encountered. I look forward to sharing more ideas about how Janrain puts the marketer back in control of the social media conversation with their customers.
