The Realtime Report Features Arktan's Partnership with Discovery and USA Network

We would like to thank the Realtime Report for featuring Arktan’s partnership with Discovery and USA Network today in an excellent article titled “Programming the Second Screen: Social TV Strategies from Discovery and USA Network.”

The article quotes Gayle Weiswasser, Vice President, Social Media Communications at Discovery Communications, extensively and describes how Discovery is using Arktan to bring social web conversation back to its own websites.

“The benefit of doing it on our own platform is we get all the traffic,” says Weiswasser of Discovery. “And it’s happening in our branded environment rather than generic layouts and look and feel of the other platforms.”
