With over 25 years of experience managing client-facing teams that build, service and optimize custom SaaS solutions, Bill understands the key differentiators that influence client success.
Bill received his M.B.A. degree from Hofstra University, and quickly made a name for himself in the professional services industry, building Customer Success teams from the ground up at a number of entrepreneurial companies. During his time working with Weiss Analytics, FlexiSphere and Conversive, among other businesses, Bill delivered a wide variety of impactful solutions, ranging from customer-facing applications to high-availability infrastructure.
Before joining the Janrain team, Bill also served as VP of Reuters Support Center, where he was responsible for supporting all of their financial industry subscription products throughout North America.Director of Customer Success Expanded Leadership 1
